jimmy on the other hand was too busy looking at price tags. "are you kidding me?!? these pants cost as much as mine! - This shirt is more expensive than any shirt i've ever bought for myself!" he is new to the little tykes shopping experience. it is kinda crappy that their clothes cost as much as ours, considering the fact that they are 1/4 of the size. so i understand the initial shock. i'm sure i had it, too.
as carey was taking the girls over to the dressing room, i caught something extraordinary out of my side eye. [yes, i have a side eye]. it was the BOB REVOLUTION 12"W!!! "JIMMY! that's it! that's the stroller i want." -"oh wow! it is so much cooler in person."- "yeah! i have to ask her about it!"
so i made sure that the girls were outta sight [bc they don't know i'm knocked up yet]. i went over to the lady and asked her about her stroller. who does that? anyway, she said it's the greatest thing! and went through the whole schpeel [sp] for me. not like she had to. i already know i want it. but it was honestly the EXACT one i picked out online. and now that i have seen it in person, i know i HAVE to have it. plus her baby looked sooooo happy in it. haha
i turned around and jimmy was standing there pretending to care about baby clothes but totally eavesdropping in on our convo. i asked him if he heard any of it & he said he heard it all. we have to have that stroller.
