The boy is obsessed with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. So his 2nd birthday party theme HAD to be just that! I painted the characters. (Pluto was my favorite) Kim had the Mickey & Goofy dolls from when we were little. The favors included those red bags filled with Mickey Mouse dried fruit, mickey tattoos, and goldfish. The kids also got mouse ears (yes, made those too) and a bucket with a shovel.
Games: Find Pluto's Collar and Pin the Nose on the Mickey.
We borrows the weiner roller from our friend, Matt. That was a hit! Jimmy set-up the bounce house as well.
I gave my mom a real challenge this time. (Don't I always?) She always thinks her cakes suck, but they always turn out to be so amazing. I told her, ya need to make a clubhouse. And this is what she came up with. That woman's got a real talent! Wait until she sees my idea for Ryder's first bday. hehehe
Rest your hands, Mom!!
Love the little details. the "glass" in the windows were made out of sugar sheets! And the clubhouse- - fondant covered rice krispie treats
Told you he loves it!
You know, Kim, Mike, Joe & I couldn't NOT try the game.
Baby Abby & Aspen CUTEST
I made the kids (and Jimmy & Robbie) go find the gnome that Carey hid. He's coming to your yard soon.
Caden loved when everyone sang to him!!! Melts my heart.
Ty & Chase helping Caden open gifts from them. And Robert designed the dragon toy!
