Caden's 1st Day of Preschool

He loves it!  He also did really well.  Answers questions, follows directions well.  Doesn't look back when I drop him off.  Just runs in a looks for the Frog door!  (That's his classroom)  I'm so glad that he enjoys it.  Yesterday, he played at the playground with 2 of his classmates.  It's really cute to see him interacting with kids and listening to them play.  "we should be the bad guys - - ok, do we need guns - -  yes definitely"   Ugh  boys.  I can't believe how fast he is growing up.  Today, I also noticed that the whining has gone down about 2%!  That's a start!  HA.

Summer @ the Pool

The boys spent a lot of time at the pool this summer.  They both love it.  Too bad it's not a Chlorine pool.   The salt water isn't good for their skin, so next year we will have to limit the time in the water a little bit.

Hanging @ Alex's for the 4th of July

Every 4th of July we go to Michigan to visit some of my family.

This year we watched fireworks at Alex's apartment.  It was a lot of fun and the fireworks show was awesome!




Caden & Riley played with Transformers.  Aunt Susie & Ryder took a walk.

And Jeff & Alex have kayaks.  That was a huge hit!  Mikey, Sue, Caden & I went out.  Then Caden wanted to go out again, so Alex took him.  He loves it.

Slip-n-Slide Fun

Caden loves the slip-n-slide.  He loves water in general.  Ryder loves being in the bathtub or playing with a water station.  He's not a fan of pools & water slides yet.













We made let him try it anyway...

Aunt Sue helped me make some Moon Dough for Caden to play with.

This kid just can't win

Went to Ryder's allergy appointment a few weeks ago.  We didn't retest the egg & possible peanut allergy- going to do that in November.  We did test for other things though.

He isn't allergic to milk (Thank God)

He is however highly allergic to Dust Mites.

Mildly allergic to dogs.

And even more mildly allergic to cats.


:(  we have a dog & cat.  And of course dust mites.

Hopefully he will grow out of those.  It feel bad keeping the animals away from him.  He LOVES them so much, always going up to them and giving them hugs.

Caden has been sort of a pain.  Age 3.  By far the WORST.  haha  He has his moments of being cool though.  But for the most part he is a just a brat.  haha

Ryder is 18 Months Already!

I CANNOT believe that the little nugget is 18 months!  He already says a bunch of words.  Right now, my favorite is "alright."  I like how he says it.





Still dealing with allergies.  We have an appt with his allergist on Tuesday.  I hope it goes well, but I have a feeling that we are going to find out a lot more things that he is allergic to.  :(
