The Big Reveal Party

We had a big reveal party to find out the gender of the baby.  I will upload pictures later, but here is the video of it.  I hope it works. :)

Another Crazy Week 18 weeks

Having track everyday and Jimmy gone everyday makes life really crazy with these two nuggets.  And next week is the big reveal party!!!!  Luckily the crazy slows down a little and it's just fun party planning and track practice.

Definitely have a bump now!  I'm not huge yet but I'm certainly not small.  It's getting harder to breathe, too.  I also haven't felt any movement going on in there.  I was kinda worried but there was a fast heartbeat at my last appointment, so it's in there.  Ha.  And by the looks of my stomach growing there definitely is something in there!  According to the app I use,  the baby is the size of a slingshot.  Ha!

I'm 18 weeks exactly today.  I'll have to read up on how I felt when I was pregnant with the boys during this time.

Caden's Plants vs Zombie's BIrthday Party

We had his party at the Frohring Meadow's pavilion.  That place is awesome!  Can't wait to have another party there.

I had no idea what to expect of this place and I showed up an hour before the party started.  Thank god I have a great family who helped me set up!  Even the boys helped!  How cute are they?  My mom made a great cake, that was such a hit!


We did some balloons that are just like characters in the game.  Jimmy did a good job drawing the facing on them.



We all got to meet Elsie & Gemma for the first time.  Their dad was stationed in Germany for awhile, had two kids then came back to the states.  :)  It was nice to spend some time with Jay & Misty before they all moved to Virginia.  We will definitely have to come visit them sometime.  Maybe for a "babymoon" this summer.  hehe.



Ran into a few zombies




This guy is another character in the game.  He is a walnut.  I made a piñata that looked like him.






There was a zombie autopsy.  The kids got to feel zombie eyeballs, a heart, intestines, skin, brain, teeth, fingers, and a nose.

And of course there were games!



We did a zombie relay race, marshmallow shooting, musical spots, and knocked over some zombie tin cans.







The kids walked like zombies for the musical spots game.


Getting 25 little nuggets to listen is a fun job......she said sarcastically.






The relay race:
1st person: walk down with a cone on their head without holding it
2nd: walk down with zombie glasses on
3rd: put on a zombie flannel and run down
4th: walk back with a walnut on a spoon

I think everyone had a great time!  Even the class bunny got so come celebrate!

St. Patrick's Day

This year, we tried a new technique for our leprechaun trap.  And it ALMOST WORKED!  He fell into our trap and maanged to get out but left his hat behind.




I had a before photo of the trap, but I don't know where it is.  Basically, he climbed up into it and since it's so tall, he fell through the top and couldn't climb out.  He had to knock it down to get out!

Caden is SIX!!!!

Wow!  Six and super grown-up.  He already acts like a teenager!  But he is still the cutest!
